Yesterday was the 18th anniversary of the opening of Disney's Coronado Springs Resort at Walt Disney World. This Southwestern themed resort is a great one to visit to get away from the hustle and bustle of the parks. From its top pools to its beautiful lake and even its excellent dinning options this is one to defiantly check out. Later this week I'll have a full review of Coronado Springs Including a Disney Dining restaurant review.
